Eaglescliffe Golf Club

Designed by legendary golf course architects, James Braid and Henry Cotton, Eaglescliffe and District golf club is not for the faint of heart. A hilly course that measures 6273 yards from the tee on the first to the pin on the last, it requires stamina as well as unflinching concentration, as there are more than a few hazards on hand to keep you on toes. Those who have difficulty in and around the green will find it severely testing, as the fairways are undulating, which makes approaches to the well-guarded greens particularly difficult. Even someone with as good a short-game as Ernie Els would find this course demanding.
