A 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6 people on the first floor with private entrance and courtyard, close to Leighton Buzzard Town Centre. The apartment has its own street entrance and is set up for working contractors, golfing groups and families on short breaks.

Guests will have exclusive use of this well-equipped apartment, with its 2 double bedrooms, a twin room, a living room, separate toilet, bathroom and kitchen/diner. The apartment also boasts a secure courtyard outside for bicycles etc. All linen is provided and the apartment is looked after by a professional housekeeper.

It’s a 5 minute walk into Leighton Buzzard Town Centre and adjacent to a local shopping area with fast food restaurants, convenience store, hairdresser, laundry and pub. There is an Aldi and a Tesco Extra supermarket across the canal just 3 minutes’ walk, open until midnight (10-4pm Sundays).

We are in a sensitive semi residential area and ask our guests to respect this after 11pm and especially on the street if leaving for work early in the morning. This apartment is set up to be functional rather than luxury; if you’re looking for a 4* star hotel accommodation we would be pleased to suggest suitable places.

Car parking is limited during business hours; we provide guests with access to our residents’ visitor parking account, run on behalf of the Council. We pay for your permit – £1.20 per day. Guests can log in and book in advance with their car details. No paperwork needed.

Leighton Buzzard has many restaurants and pubs and runs a weekly street market on Tuesdays and Saturdays with stalls selling a range of fruit and vegetables, crafts and flowers.

If you need extra accommodation, the White Horse pub opposite offers en-suite rooms for around £45 per night, including breakfast.
