East Brighton Golf Club nestles just above Brighton Marina overlooking the sea and with great views to the east and west.

Founded in 1893 and laid out by the distinguished golf course architect James Braid, our beautiful downland track offers 18 holes of delightful but challenging golf to its members and visitors alike.

East Brighton is a members’ club, run by the members for their benefit and for visitors too. The clubhouse has the famous “Oak Room” which may be hired for private functions or parties. The 19th is a welcoming spot for a drink and a bite to eat after a round or at anytime really!

At 6,346 yards par 72, East Brighton presents a genuine challenge for golfers of all handicaps. Generous fairways with no impossible carries virtually guarantee an enjoyable round. Even if the occasional disaster strikes. At the halfway house take a short break and enjoy hot and cold drinks and snacks. One important feature of the course is that drainage as it is built on chalk. Making it playable throughout the year rarely using temporary greens. Buggies are available to hire from the pro shop, advance booking is recommended.
