Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to golfsleepandplay.com.
“You” refers to hotels, advertisers, and users of the website.
Listing Fee
A listing fee of £295 applies for an initial 12-month period. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings for non-payment.
The Package Each Accommodation Receives
The annual £295 listing fee includes a 12-month featured accommodation listing on Golf Sleep & Play. Each listing may include:
A dedicated accommodation profile page
Inclusion within relevant regional golf break sections
Direct website and booking links
Accommodation contact details
Interactive map/location information to help golfers plan their visit
Up to 30 accommodation images within a photo gallery
Up to 350 words of editorial/business description content
Links to the accommodation’s social media channels
Promotional exposure through Golf Sleep & Play social media and email marketing campaigns where applicable
Golf Sleep & Play provides advertising and promotional exposure services only and does not guarantee booking levels, enquiry volumes, website traffic, or commercial results from any listing.
Renewals & Cancellation
Accommodation can renew the listing after the initial 12 month listing period.
Accommodation Responsibilities
Hotels agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date listing information and images
- Honour all bookings and listed rates
- Maintain facilities as described
- Notify us promptly of any material changes
User Terms
Users must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Comply with individual hotel policies and terms
Platform Role
Golf Sleep and Play acts solely as an advertising platform and directory.
We are not a party to any booking, transaction, or agreement between hotels and users. We accept no responsibility for:
- booking errors
- cancellations
- disputes
- service delivery by hotels
All such matters are the responsibility of the hotel and the user.
Golf Course Listings
Golf courses featured on Golf Sleep & Play may receive complimentary informational listings as part of the website’s golf course directory structure. Paid accommodation listings relate specifically to featured accommodation advertising and promotional exposure services.
Accommodation listings and golf course references are presented as advertising and directory content only and do not constitute rankings, endorsements, guarantees, or recommendations by Golf Sleep & Play.
Service Disclaimer
Listings are provided as a form of visibility within a niche directory.
We do not guarantee:
- website traffic
- enquiries
- bookings
- or any specific performance outcomes
Any references to exposure or visibility are general in nature and not measurable or guaranteed.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, bookings, or profits
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the listing
Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by or licensed to us. Hotels grant us the right to use supplied content for listing and promotional purposes.
Data Protection
We collect and process personal data (such as contact details and usage data) in accordance with UK GDPR. Data will only be used as outlined in our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.
Images
Images are supplied by hotels and are their responsibility. We do not guarantee accuracy or representation.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Hotels will be notified of any material changes.
Right to Refuse or Remove Listings
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, particularly where content is inaccurate, misleading, or may harm the reputation of the platform.
