Bushfoot Golf Club began back in 1890 although it is probable that people played on the links prior to that date. Since then the Club has grown in area, its membership has increased and its general development and ethos have mirrored the times in which it has existed.
With the option to play the course twice from varying teeing positions we are able to offer a fine challenge for all abilities over 18 holes.
18 Hole Par 70 Golf Course, on the stunning North Coast of Ireland. Close to The Giants Causeway & Carrick a Rede.
Don’t be fooled with it only being 9 holes. The fairways are narrow and slope towards the ever present River Bush. The greens aren’t big and in the summer landing a ball on the putting surface is not always possible. With the course situated in the final bend of the river locals know “Not to Go Left @ Bushfoot”. As with all seaside courses the weather and especially the wind direction play a big part in how the course plays on a daily basis.
Whether you’re coming off the golf course or just popping in for some food and refreshments, you’ll always receive a warm welcome in the bar & restaurant at Bushfoot. There is a relaxed and ambient feel with beautiful views of the course and coastline. The bar offers a range of refreshments and the restaurant run by MA Catering serves good traditional homemade food. Sunday Carvery is a firm favourite as are Curry Nights, Homemade Pizzas (also available for takeaway) and our mouth-watering Ulster Fry. The bar snack menu is available during the day and the more extensive A la Carte Menu for evening meals.
We also welcome society bookings, private parties and weddings. For further information or to make a reservation please contact the catering team on 028 2073 2588
