Copt Heath Golf Club combines the history and tradition of a golf course that first opened in 1907 with modern facilities and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Each year the club stages the Peter McEvoy Trophy, an open tournament for junior boys and girls.

Voted a Top 100 National Club Golfer course in 2018, it maintains an enviable reputation for play on full greens throughout the year. A natural sandy sub-soil, good drainage and a full course irrigation system helps ensure the course is at its best whatever the weather.

The course, originally designed by famed architect Harry Colt, measures 6,541 yards off the back tees. Played through mature, tree lined scenery and protected by nearly 100 deep bunkers it is without question a true test of golf for players of all abilities.

The Forest Hotel is a Victorian 12 bedroom boutique hotel with a bar and restaurant situated in the centre of Dorridge, a small village on the outskirts of Solihull. The location is also perfect to enjoy a great golf break at Copt Heath Golf Club which is less than a 10 minute drive and a lovely place to enjoy delicious food and opposite Dorridge train station with easy links into Birmingham city centre and London.

Our bar and restaurant offers some amazing food and renowned for its hearty full English breakfast’s, chicken wings and Sunday lunches, with a large choice of drinks, open 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. As we are an independent small hotel we do offer a unique customer service making sure we go above and beyond to help our guests. We do also have a private dining room which can seat up to 20 people or our large banqueting room which is perfect for large dinners or parties of up to 130 people. Our hotel offers free parking, Wifi, room service and early check ins/ late check outs where possible. Our rooms consist of 2 king rooms with bath/shower, 5 Queen double with bath/shower, 2 twin rooms with bath/shower, 1 double with bath, 1 small double with walk in shower, 1 twin room with walk in shower.
