Located on the beautiful North West Norfolk coast, Hunstanton Golf Club is a superb championship links course.

Rated as one of Britain & Ireland’s ‘Top 100’ courses, golfers have walked the rolling fairways nestling in a stunning landscape of dunes and links grasses for 125 years. Overlooking The Wash, Hunstanton is the only golf course on the east coast of England where the sun sets over the sea, providing striking views in both summer and winter.

Originally a nine hole course – the second nine were built at a total cost of just £25 – Hunstanton is a beautiful course set along the shores of The Wash and from where, taking a straight line north, the next stop would be the Artic Circle! Hunstanton is links golf at its very best with greens that are the envy of every self-respecting club in the land. For all the many fine courses that can be found in East Anglia, where the light soil is ideal for golf, Hunstanton outranks them all. This is reflected in the substantial number of men’s and women’s championships that have been held here while once, in 1967, it was honoured by a professional tournament – the PGA Close Championship, won by Malcolm Gregson.

The Green Staff make every effort to ensure that the championship links is in first class condition while the Catering team ensure that Visitors and their families will enjoy the 19th-hole as well. Buggies and carts are available for hire in our well-stocked Professionals Shop.

The Coach and Horses is nestled in the Norfolk countryside in the beautiful village of Dersingham, less than a mile from the Sandringham Royal Estate, the Coach & Horses provides the perfect place to golf, dine, stay and relax.

The restaurant is the true heart of their vision, which is to provide the community and visitors with the best, locally sourced, quality pub food possible. The exciting, seasonal menu at the Coach & Horses is a collection of classic pub meals and tantalisingly adventurous dishes, with bar snacks to keep everyone happy. They source all ingredients from local farmers, fishermen, and suppliers including Barby’s of Kings Lynn and Brancaster Seafood Company, allowing them to support the community whilst also offering the freshest of flavours to their diners and delivering a superb dining experience to remember.
