An 9 hole links with 18 Tees, 6117 yards, Par 70 SSS70 course which is dry and playable all year round and renowned for its quality greens.
The course boasts spectacular views over Ramsey Island, Whitesands Bay and St Davids Head.
St.Davids City Golf course is one of the most westerly course in Wales, dry underfoot all year and superb for holiday golf at any time. It is a seaside course playable all year. Very good year-round greens; no temporary greens, no mats, no mud – in fact, golf as it is meant to be played, on grass, all year!
Spectacular position overlooking Whitesands Bay and St.Davids Head in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
This is a 9 hole course set out on a fairly small acreage with 18 Tees, which gives it a surprising variety, together with the fact that the 3rd and 5th Greens have two pin positions, which again adds diversity. Playing this close to the sea will nearly always mean the extra challenge of the wind, sometimes a gentle breeze, sometimes necessitating a driver instead of a wedge. As the weather patterns move through, the wind can veer or back through 180 degrees.
The enjoyment of your game can only be enhanced by the wonderful setting; sea, sand, huge skies, the little mountain of Carn Llidi overlooking it all and hopefully some sunshine as well to make you smile.
The Course is open all week, there is no need to book a tee time. Please see the Visitors page for details of Green Fees and matches etc. Coffee, Hot Chocolate, tea and Isotonic drinks are available from vending machines in the clubhouse. Snacks are available to societies by prior arrangements.
Recommended nearby accommodation is Ty Gwilym Holiday Cottages. This five star self catering accommodation offers the perfect spot to enjoy a fantastic golf break.
