The course is situated on the cliffs overlooking Wicklow Bay and is considered one of the most beautiful golf courses in the whole of Ireland and a regular on the itinerary of many visiting American tourists. Extended to 18 holes in 1994 the course is a challenging test of golf with each hole having its own individual features. It has panoramic views of the Wicklow Mountains to the west and the Irish Sea to the east. The new clubhouse facility, with stunning views of the course and coastline, was completed last year and offers all the facilities.
